By placing an order through the SRKR Food Court WhatsApp bot, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders are placed via WhatsApp and confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to item unavailability or operational constraints, in which case a full refund will be issued.
All payments must be completed via the Razorpay payment link sent to you on WhatsApp. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, food preparation begins immediately. Orders cannot be modified after payment. Preparation time may vary depending on the number of orders in queue.
Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. Certain items may be unavailable during peak hours or due to ingredient availability. In such cases, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
SRKR Food Court is not liable for any allergic reactions. Please inform us of any food allergies before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by technical issues with WhatsApp or Razorpay.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh.
